Through our program for owner builders we realized there was 1 component missing to really set them up on their build, that is quotes from legit quality subs and suppliers! Unlike the other companies the leads come directly from the owner builder when they use the app. Each lead is funded by a lender, has house plans, build spec and they do not intend to self perform your scope. This eliminates DEAD leads and insures more level bidding. Leads are LIMITED to 3 contractors per scope of work. Leads range from $15 to $60 per lead for contractors, average lead being $40.
